Successful, agile transformation from the bottom up – Can´t work? There is no other way

The challenging events of the last few months affect every company and the prevailing way of working there. Terms such as “agile work” and “digital processes” are increasingly finding their way into everyday language used by managers and employees. It usually remains unclear who is actually responsible for an agile transformation of the company. The management or the employees themselves?

The fact is: An agile transformation needs central drivers from all involved areas and levels. Only when everyone works together and the appropriate framework for changes has been created can agile transformation be implemented.

From our point of view there are five success factors for a successful transformation to an agile work environment:

  1. A secure framework and the courage to let go
  2. Motivation, time and pragmatism
  3. Trust, values And a tool case
  4. Quick first success stories
  5. Healthy growth at the bottom: From small to large

You can find more comprehensive information on the individual success factors and how companies implement a real, profoundly effective digital transformation in our new article on the subject of agile and digital transformation of companies (in german).
