Successful, agile transformation from the bottom up – Can´t work? There is no other way
The challenging events of the last few months affect every company and the prevailing way of working there. Terms such as “agile work” and “digital processes” are increasingly finding their way into everyday language used by managers and employees. It usually remains unclear who is actually responsible for an agile transformation of the company. The management or the employees themselves?
