Change communication is one of the most important components of any change initiative. But how to convince employees to embrace change is something most change initiators are reluctant to address.
To make change communication effective, however, you need the active participation of those affected. Only when the operational staff feels that something is happening FOR them and WITH them, the change will be accepted and the processes, the cooperation as well as the behavior will be changed.
