“Offer a subscription model and grow!” Is it really that simple?
Manufacture a product and sell it on different channels? Classic business models are at least as outdated as buying a CD. The latest thing: Subscription Economy! Many companies are very successful with subscription models, well-known examples are Netflix, HelloFresh, Dropbox, Microsoft or Amazon. We see three main business models that companies are successfully implementing:
- The “classic” flat rate
- The Freemium Model
